Recently i am experiencing a failure in a cup of coffee.
Cuisinart. Ugly stainless drip. Now just boiling water, and pouring it
through manually. A much better cup and searching for a replacement.
I think i found the classic, a memory from the past. Chemex.
In a new home built in '63, the mornings are stunning and precious.
So the extra time is not an issue...
Any thoughts?
Seems like a welcome ritual to the morning commute?
(i never liked the electric burning element of the cuisinart model)
I have the stainless caraf ...but still lots of plastic and probably the
wrong temperature?

If that's what you want, there's no company better than CAPRESSO,.,
