Not having the picture..
creates an opportunity to browse the site...
As to circuit boards....of course they have been around for some time. "Re-claimed" as they say is stretching the truth. These are circuit boards that did not make it through the QC (quality control) at the manufacturer or are the result over over stocking boards fro products that "did not make it". It is harder to re-claim old circuit boards because one has to take (melt) off all components. It certainly has a high-tech look to it but I fail to see were and how it is appropriate for a clip board. I would rather put some effort in re-cycling them. That time is not far away so we can probably look forward to re-cycled clip boards.

Yes indeed, you make a good point about the need to melt off all circuitry components. I wonder if you could ever get a smooth enough result to write on (eg with only one paper page clipped the board) ? I am a little bit in doubt about this. Ahh, it is such a shame that you have no possibility to touch it, I would love to run my finger over the board to check up on smoothness. A picture simply does not do justice to his aspect at all.
However, in theory I think it is a nice idea. (But I am a sucker for a clock that allows you to watch a bit of the cog wheels too. :o) But in practice, in this case, it probably does not work too well.

I've handled these and they...
I've handled these and they are very smooth. I'm sure they are not used pcbs but rejects. It isn't really a solution to the waste though, is it?
