100% chrome, you might say--except for the small, plastic fake chrome piece....

Chromcraft is ubiquitous: imo, they are always at first vaguely plausible cheap "funky" kitchen/outdoor type furniture, except that there's always one thing horrible about any Chromcraft design:
like, just for example, the world's most hideous vinyl upholstery....

Yes, the vinyl is very cheesy...
Yes, the vinyl is very cheesy, and I knew by that and the plastic piece they weren't high end, collectible pieces, but I liked them and they were cheap enough to buy for that reason alone. I haven't seen any others like them, so was just wondering really about what year they would've made these.

I like them too. The look decent quality even with the vinyl and plastic chrome. I have a dining set by chromcraft also but know very little about them so I cannot enlighten you any more than what you already know.
