For what it is worth these chairs do not appear in the 1959-60 PasToe catalog. Of course, they might be earlier or later, or ? I really don't know much of anything about PasToe.

With the laminations and the specific stretchers in the middle
they do remind of Swedese too, but the vinyl seats seem to generic
to be produced by the swedish company.
Pastoe bought a lot of Swedese to add to their own catalogue.

This is for instance a model which is available at Marktplaats.nl
that's a dutch secondhand site.
There a lot of variations on the market in Holland of this design.
Look how the construction, seat and back panels, stretchers are
similar to your design.

Thanks for the help, went off and had a look at PasToe and found this, the wooden detail along the back is interesting and somewhat similar. I'll keep looking.
