If your photos were better, you'd get more responses, Ron.
I don't recognize your chair. The arms and base are sort of crude; the seat looks a little more interesting, but I can't fathom what all those holes are about.
Perhaps it's a marriage? I also see notches on the inside of the armrests... but they don't seem to serve any purpose.
More trash than treasure is my guess.

It
looks like a design exercise to me -- a student project at a design school. The upholstery system is perhaps the novelty here.
It certainly isn't a production piece, in my opinion.

Trash
It is ugly, badly made and probably not that comfortable (those armrests, ouch).
I would recycle it.

Now that I see it's upholstered in denim...
it changes everything! It's a rare Gianni Sacchetto di Frutta lounge chair!
Just kidding, Ron (this "Di Frutta" character has been a running joke within these threads, today). 🙂
I think SDR's guess of 'student prototype' seems plausible.
Sure, try it on Ebay. Good luck-

I believe it is custom designed upholstery pattern...
Johnny Versacci denim.

The denim looks all cotton
but the fill may be poly.
Might be a toxic burn.
I would find an appropriate house in the neighborhood,
leave it on their doorstep after dark and run!!!

would it be wrong to list it ...
would it be wrong to list it as a di frutta. I just dont have any neighbors I hate so bad that I would leave it on there poarch. Better yet I could sew on a Levies tag. And sell it as a levies additon lounge chair
