Never seen this chair before.
Unique triangular shape to arms, curved seat bottom, hidden fasteners. No makers or id marks.
Look familiar?

I've identified it as Conant Ball Modernmates Armchair

Perhaps Russell Wright or Leslie Diamond?
Looking for a larger version of this image of the Modernmates line to identify the chair model

Hmm, I don't think your quest to identify this piece has ended just yet. The arms are quite distinctive, and don't seem to be in keeping with the design ethos of this line. The illustrations that somewhat resemble yours, in the image that you linked to, much more likely depict these two chairs: http://20cmodern.com/listing/272594738/vintage-mid-century-modern-conant...

Good luck in your search!

Hmm, I disagree with you brbeard but welcome your comments.
Here is the original image that led me to my discovery. "Conant Ball Modernmates Armchairs"

Secondly, there is another chair depicted in the Modernmates line that I believe matches the ones in the image above with an apparent scoop to the chair back in addition to the one you suggest.
Remember, this chair has rounded legs (first post) and not squared legs.
Rebuttal?
