I'm going on a little 4-day holiday to Berlin on the 14th of December.
I collect ceramics by primarely Scandinavian designers and companies (Berndt Friberg, C.H. Stålhane, Gunnar Nylund, Saxbo, Palshus, Rörstrand etc.) from the 1950's and forward, but I'm interested in all ceramic with interesting glazes and shapes.
Are there any shops in Berlin where I might find such items?
Also, if you have any hints to modern stores/galleries that deals with cool ans unusual contemperary ceramic at affordable prices, I'm very interested in that too.
Thanks!

Hi M.
I expected some german DA-ers would help you out but it does not seem to be the case....aber wo sind sie?
I would start with the Keramik-Museums Berlin on the Schustehrusstrasse 13. They probably can give you a numberof other adresses. I do not know if the THeis galerie still exists...They used to be on a sidestreet of Spandauerdamm in front of the Charlottenburg Sloss. I think it is called Neufertsstrasse somewhere in the low numbers. Small but excellent selection. But my last visit was a few years ago and you never know with small galeries....Have a nice trip!!
