Carpathian Elm Burl and Chrome Cabinet. Please Help Identify. Any ideas?

Hello! A family member has this cabinet and I've always been curious. It appears to be carpathian elm and is very nicely made. It was supposedly very expensive and bought in Miami Beach during the 70's. Any thoughts? Thank you!

I concur with Starline...
I concur with Starline ....and if it helps then the chairs appear to be by Dillingham and are quite often sold as Pierre Cardin chairs because Dillingham produced the Cardin range.
