Don't know whatkinda fish you got here but that looks great and really vintage to me. first thought, the plywood refer to THONET , the feet refer to cross chair from MARX, the style of the sitting looks Scandinavian to me, but i would look closer to late XIXth early XXth century design in mitteleuropa Vienna, Berlin, Zürich, but it also might be done in america with an european influence. To be continued...
