Can anyoone tell me anything about this chair

I was wondering if anyone can tell me about this chair. It used to have an ottoman but it was lost along the way. No tags or identifying marks that I can see.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I think there is a good chance it is Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates.
