Arkana
Pretty sure it's an Arkana chair, made in Bath, UK. They seem to come up now and again on ebay.

Sure, sorry it was late! It's called the Orbita chair (part of the Orbita range), Arkana also produced a matching ottoman for this chair. See link below for an original image of both chair and stool. I'm not sure when it was designed, I'm guessing around 1971-72.
