I dont know anything about the maker but I know I want them! As regards restoration I think its fairly easy blast the old paint and rust off and then repaint.

Precious patio pieces!
Assuming that the avocado green cushions are staying(as they look to be in great shape), consider changing the white colored iron to some other color...perhaps celery green, with red glides? Sorry I am useless in the id department, and I have no photoshop skills either.

(edit) also refinish the wood arms in a teak color.

The green cushions are definitely staying. They have absolutely no rips,stains or fading. I think your idea about the wood arms sounds awesome. I'm not sure about what color to paint the frame.

I would assume powder coating but there are people on here with much more knowledge than me in this area, depending on budget and skills a good finish could be attained with off the shelf products.
If budget allows hand them over to someone else have them stripped and painted. And enjoy!
