I have this chair that belonged to my grandfather. He told me that he purchased it some time between 1967-1971 (it has silver round holding clips).
The condition is pretty good given the age, but there are a few blemishes, there is a rip in the back of one of the arms.
I want to post this on craigslist or Ebay, what should I ask for it?
Here are some pics.
Happy to provide any other information and I appreciate any help I can get.

A fair price
A look on eBay will give you an idea of the chair's general worth and what would be a fair asking price. You can also Google search for some vintage stores in the U.S or wherever you're located. As those chairs are quite popular, you are bound to get a sense of what stores are asking. Additionally, you may want to check the link to the forum rules regarding appraisal requests.
