Came across an online shop called eGamma. Punched the name into goodle and found two terrible reviews. Anyone have any experience of them?

i have bought different items from them, such as the barcelona sets, eames bikini eiffel chair and the noguchi table and received my items within 2 days. When I called them to make my order, it seemed pretty easy and it seems like as long as they have the item(s) in stock, it is quick delivery. Otherwise, they told me it would take 4-6 wks delivery. I too read those terrible reviews when I was checking them out, but i had a much better experience, seems like they are getting with the program.

with no offence to you mate, but i have ordered on 3 different occasions with them, not only did i get the goods the next day each time, but when on 1 occasion my goods were damaged in transit i called them at 11 later that night and arranged for the goods to be collected and re-delivered simultaniously the next day. Now all i have to say is the service they provide is LEGENDARY and all you haters know it. If you dont believe me try calling them anytime of the day, they're open 24 hours no other furniture company i have ever come across wants to know you after you make your order and get it 2 months later than you expceted. Anyway the quality is shit hot, if you need any re-assurance i can send you my pictures of the digi camera!!!

Sorry to hear all those people who had problems. I ordered some lights earlier this year (Feb 2006) and although the lights were removed off the website (because of FLOS lighting infringement)I knew the model number and they had it to me on a delivery date in excellent condition etc... Their service is excellent and always check that the item is in stock as I did - they are based up North (Machester or Bury). Good Luck
