Hi,
I have a 5 bay cado unit. Unfortunately, the wooden uprights were lost when a tree fell on our house. I am desperately searching for replacement uprights or someone who can re-create them. If anyone has any uprights or know someone who can recreate them, please let me know. I've already contacted some eBay sellers as well as a couple of mid century furniture dealers. I also commissioned a furniture maker but he wasn't able to get the holes lined up exactly right.
Thanks so much, everyone.

Stringers?
Do you mean stringers? Sorry, english is not my native language! If you do, there should be absolutely no problem for a professional to make them, if you have the right measurements. I am just making 6 of them with non-professional tools. But it takes a long time! If you want the measurements, just let me know.
Best regards Johannes,

I can't see why a regular woodworker shouldn't be able to make the missing rails. There's an approx distance of 1.75 inch between each hole center point, and the pegs are placed at a 45° angle.
But you should just give the woodworker one the wooden brackets and he can make its own jig with it.
Cheers

Hi, I need like 7 long uprights. I have a walnut unit but the uprights were all cut off in small pieces before I bought it. I;m trying to have a carpenter doing them for me in Miami, Fl USA but so far I still don't have any. Any help would be appreciated.
