I just picked up a fantastic Vintage modern COPCO lime green enamel large pot. However there was no lid, I bought it anyway as it was $4 and I LOVE the color. Any ideas where I could find a lid? Please email me at riceandbeansvintage@gmail.com if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

I've got a lot of Copco on eBay
I'm a big Michael Lax fan. Is that who designed your pot? the link below is to a Lax pot lid currently on ebay. Wrong color, but I doubt you'll be lucky enough toactually get the green.

The info should be printed on the bottom
that's the case on all of my pieces.

Ditto
My paella dish had Copco and Michael Lax in raised letters on the bottom.

Paella, funny you should mention that.
The hubs and I are having a Last Hurrah party this weekend at our soon to be sold house in Massachusetts. When we first moved here in 1996, my sister had just returned from 4 years living in Madrid, Spain. So she made us Paella at our housewarming party. I'm now pretty good at making it myself and that's what we're going to serve at the Last Hurrah. Seemed fitting since we're moving to New Mexico.
One thing though, calling that M.Lax pan a Paella pan is a real stretch. I know that's what Copco called it, but it's really a casserole. I have two of them and love them! However, a real Paella is made in a thin flat steel pan and should be cooked outside on a grill or ccharcoal pit. And you don't stir the rice at all so you end up with this awsome crust on the bottom that flavors the whole dish with roasty awesomeness.
