Hello, Could anyone help me ?I'm looking for ID this boomerang coffee table from the 50' , maybe french ? or dutch ? ... I don't find information about the designer or editor ... The glass is very heavy, 1.9 cm thick and the feet is a black tubular steel. Thanks a lot !!!
1.9 cm is an odd measurement in the metric system. But it is exactly 3/4 of an inch in the imperial system and a standard thickness for plate glass in the USA. Make of that what you will.
The glass top is not necessarily original and it has a very peculiar shape.
By pedrera table it should be 8 mm I think
Yes indeed, the feet is really like the Pedrera table, thanks a lot charlie-charlie !
But the glass... ? never seen it before ...
Any idea ?
No problem,
concerning the glass top, it's difficult to say. Your guess is as good as mine. Could be from a contemporary coffee table too. As far as I know Adrian Pearsall coffee tables have all kind of shapes, if it's of any help.
Thanks for the Pearsall ID, I found a pic with the same glass as mine on flickr !
So as you said, it can be a mix between AdrianPearsall & Barbra Corsini, maybe ?
It helps me a lot and also make me discover these two designers, thanks a lot, charlie-charlie !
