Bertoia Chair Pad Hooks

Over the years several of the metal hooks the hold the two piece seat and back cushion in place of our 1961 side chairs have disappeared. Knoll no longer offers this style of cushion. Is there a source for replacement parts for this problem?

those little hooks are bast...
those little hooks are bastards to find. I have tried and made lots of pads for those chairs, we try to use the original ones when we can ,
