This is a question for people in the Los Angeles area. I'd like to make an ottoman for my Time-Life lounge chair and I'm interested to find someone who does bent plywood. I found this one online, but it's expensive. The store who is selling it said that they are reproducing them based on a custom made original from Herman Miller. I haven't seen any anywhere else. The bent plywood would be for the foundation of the ottoman that would then be padded and upholstered.

I could possibly do it for you, but am in Vancouver Canada. I've done some bent wood product design experience.

try this place...
They are in Anaheim about 35-45 min. from LA.
I've heard they have a great selection of curved/bent ply.
Goodluck!

Nick, your stuff looks great! It would probably be tough to coordinate this being so far apart, but thanks for the offer.
