We bought one year ago a pair of black Barcelona (from Leatherform.net at around 700$), the leather and finition are excellent. The foam is a bit different as on Knoll, but as hard, while the stitches and leather structure are even better. They sell different kinds of leather for those.

=====================================
Now, as a definitive offense to snobs or specialists, the following question:

I have once seen in a hotel lobby a barcelona coffee table. Not the square one with a cross shape frame and a square glass on top, but rather one looking exactly like the footstool (ottoman), except that it has a *glass top*.

Does anyone know where to get this Barcelona *inspired* knock-off table?

Am i the only one here that is sick of barcelona , original , original reproduction , fake reproduction , licenced fake , fake fake , good fake , bad original .......
Same goes for the eames lounger , footstool , chair , the saarinen table , the tulip chairs , the grand or petit comfort...and their original or fake spare parts.

Why, thank you for your very constructive reply! You made your point. You might even add "fakefakefake" or "fakefakefakefake" on your list. Now anyone can answer please, I mean to my original question?
Thanks for your contribution!

Yeah, Some1. The Barcelona/Eames Lounger discussion is getting a little old. (Although in Fab's defense, the original question was something a little different.)
Also irritating are the threads asking for appraisals on mystery furniture so someone can make a few bucks on eBay. A lot of the threads lately seem to concern advice on acquring/selling "stuff."
