Found a bar cabinet at my local thrift shop today. I'm still iffy on whether I like it. For the price, the wood alone was worth it. I stumbled across the same cabinet on 1st dibs with an alarmingly high price tag. I know this is typical for 1st dibs.
Any guess as to manufacturers? No markings anywhere but a few nice attributes, brass hinges, wood joints on legs, Walnut bookmatched veneer. Sorry for the crappy photos, the pictures on 1stdibs are much better.
My guess is American 1950s. Im pretty sure its mis-advertised as solid walnut and really veneer plywood.
