Bad experiences with EXITART?

These guys have not followed up on a sale, left me hanging for about 15 days, not called when they would say they called, charged me immediately when they did not have the product in stock. Am I alone on this?

these are the people I am talking about. Do you guys think I should cancel my purchase? Tried to get a Vitra Utensilo, paid on the 14th and I have had to do all the communicating so far. Any suggestions for a reliable source for utensilo?

I have had a good experience with them. I forgot to enter the coupon code for my first purchase (10% off). I called and left a message and the owner of the company called to assure me that my order would be processed with the discount. I found them very customer oriented. Hope this helps. Good luck!
