Hello together

I'm just selling a lamp shade at ebay that has a BAG tag - as far as I can read it. Please see link below (sorry, but dont know how to insert pictures here).

It is unused, in excellent condition and the seller told me it is from around 1930. I would really like to know whether it is a BAG lamp and whether it is from 1930. Maybe someone can also estimate value?

As it isn't really round: what kind of shade is it - for a desk lamp or ceiling light or ...?

Would be very nice if someone had answers for me. Thanks a lot.

They are shades that were...
They are shades that were used in shop windows and at the front of stages to back light as far as i know, they were never used on a lamp. I believe they were used from the thirties on. I doubt it a very valuable thing but it would certainly sell.

The seller said it is Mercury glass but I don't think so.

would say it looks like mine - in gold. Didn't think it really could be a ceiling lamp such "crooked" as it is :o)
And sooo expensive - maybe I should keep it a few years longer ...

I still dont think its a ceiling light and that price is nuts. There is one on ebay for 50 dollars, just the shade. Ive bought them over the years in Ireland for 30-40 euro.
