Ok. I got up this morning, went downstairs to the studio, and took a few photographs of the Spray Sculpture. Just to answer the previous question. I am an intermediate collector. I am learning all the time though. A few of the end strands are hanging out a little too far, due to the grandchldren pulling on them, and getting hurt around it, which is one of the main reasons the original owners decided to sell it. I'm sure they could easily be re-alligned. Here are the photos:

If you happen to learn anything on how to tell if one is authentic or not, it would be great if you could share that with the forum. I almost bought one of these once that looked great, but I chickened out because I just didn't know how to tell if it was the real deal.
Well, he said he does not know if it was done by his Father, or by Knoll seperate. He said it was very beautiful, and looks just like the piece his Father designed. I guess to be 100% positive, I need to send it in. Either way, it's still very valuable, and I scored a homerun regardless. I'm stoked!

Honestly, I don't know what to believe now. But I do know that the dealer in NY was def. interested in it, and thought that it looked just like one they have in their showroom for $22,000. He asked me at least a dozen times what I would want for it. When I told him I was thinking of putting it in my ebay store, he kept telling me that you can only get top dollar throuh a high end dealer, and the most I could get was a few thousand on there. If it isn't real, I can't see why they'd be so aggressive in wanting to buy it.
