I've seen several dealers offering a floor lamp designed by Gino Sarfatti produced by Arteluce however I have seen a Koch Lowy version which I believe we produced in the 60's.
The Koch Lowy version I saw was embossed Koch Lowy. However it shares what appears to be the identical on/off mechanism as the lamps that are being offered by various dealers as Arteluce.
Were the earlier Koch Lowy lamps not embossed? Was this mechanism common on floor lamps during the period?

isn't
a give away for Arteluce the adjustable lock mechanism on the swing arm? I think Arteluce's is a lever/lock mechanism. The pictured does not have that. And yes, Most of the K&L I have seen have been nicely, if not a bit hard to find, marked.

The the adjustable lock...
The the adjustable lock mechanism is unique to the triennale lamp. This particular lamp does not have the adjustable lock mechanism.
