Arne Vodder desk model number??

Hi I have an Arne Vodder drop leaf desk and wondered if anyone knows of it's model number?

I dont know the model...
I dont know the model number, but I know that H. Sigh & Søns Møbelfabrik made two versions of this Arne Vodder desk.

Leaf hardware assembly
I have a same desk as Graeme and it is indeed labeled H. Sigh & Søns Møbelfabrik (foil sticker).
The drawer box should be able to slide from one side to the other.
Looking closely at both desks the legs are different and also the drawer box seems to be different size.
My desk is missing hardware on the desk side and have hooks on the leaf. Can someone (Graeme?) post picture of the hinge assembly?
