Arne Jacobsen single leg stool - advice please

Hi,I have seen a set of these stools which I am interested in but I have never seen the 7 series on a single leg... can you please tell me if these are rare...or if I have simply led a sheltered life ?.!The label ref is 7409 An indication of age would also be a great help Thanks Paul

The Arne Jacobsen chairs you pictured may be difficult to find on the secondary market, but they are far from rare.
I have attached The Republic of Fritz Hansen catalog and the page detailing the chair in question. This catalog is approximately ten years old.

The stool (chair ?) with single leg is surely intended to be fastened to the floor -- isn't it ?

Yes the chair is bolted to the floor. This chair is primarily for the commercial market. There is absolutely nothing special or "rare" about this chair.
Based on the number of "help me identify" posts from this person, it is also more than likely being researched for resale.

Thanks for the info - appreciated.

A couple of things though..I have only had two posts!..and I am not researching for re-sale... but to buy them
I have only just "discovered" this genre and am new - so apologies in advance if I ask some naieve questions!

I have since found out that it is the 3137 version of the Series 7 Chair. It was produced from 1957-2005.
