I might add that your invitation to a whiskey shot has me tempted to break the seal on one of my few remaining 1/10th pint bottles which bear a 1954 tax stamp. Alas, I understand that whiskey does not age when it is bottled, but there is still something to be said about having a shot of whiskey that is 60 years old. There is certainly nothing wrong with it (as has been my experience).
