some possibilities
Room & Board has sold Jacobsen-like chairs in the past. All they have right now are a Seven type and one with a sqaured-off back but they've had other styles. It could be one of theirs.
Also, when we lived in Denmark I saw lots of molded plywood chairs like this. They were sold as inexpensive dining chairs and were very popular. Ilva, an IKEA-type store, had them and even the chain hardware/housewares stores carried them. Maybe it's one of those.
not IKEA
I forgot to say that I doon't think they're IKEA because IKEA generally doesn't do anything they don't have to do, like that front curved edge on the seat. That is a design detail that IKEA would eliminate to keep costs down. They have some nice molded plywood chairs but the seats don't have that front edge curve. At least not that I recall, and I'm in there all the time.
dashes, I agree with spanky....
dashes, I agree with spanky. Not IKEA. It would be a bit too obvious of a rip-off even for them. I would guess a store such as ILVA or Seating Concept (see link for a similar version at the latter store where it sells for about 60 USD).
