Hello All.
I was recently given an incomplete marble base Arco style arc lamp and was wondering if anyone knew of any place online that sells replacement parts? It looks like the lamp was going to be rewired at some point and they never finished the job. In the process they had to have lost or damaged parts of the arm and shade.
What I am left with is the white marble block base and a portion of the arm that rises from the base just up until it starts to curve.
Can anyone provide information on where, or even if, I can find a replacement arm and shade so I can rewire this thing?
Thanks!

ARCO NY
You can approach the Arco store in New York - I did for replacement parts on one of my ARCO lamps. If it is agenuine Arco then do not bother trying the near copies - the parts do not really work, you will need original.
And they are not cheap, hundreds of dollars for EACH of the Arms you speak of.
In all honesty, I waited until the parts become available at auction, or you could try bidding on a "bad condition" Arco lamp to get the parts you need.

The lamp isn't a true Arco, just in that style. I would imagine the repro parts would work for it, but haven't been able to find much. I'll check out DWR and keep on searching, but if the costs are too high I'll probably offer it up to whoever is willing to take the block and portion of arms that remain.

Thing is...
... there isn't "a" repro. There are probably dozens, each with its own non-interchangeable parts.
It may be impossible to find the right replacement parts unless you can figure out who manufactured your lamp. And even then it'll probably be difficult, since part of what you're not paying for when you buy a repro is the production, stocking, and availability of spares.
Good luck, though.
