I know who made it
The chair was made by Bogdan & Gross furniture co. of Walkerton Ontario. They were a very well know furniture maker , in Canada at least. I have a high backed, leather swivel chair with identical sides, which were the company's trademark when the chairs were made in the sixties. I hope this helps.
