This is an old Griswold that I'm not prepared to pay collector price for, but I sure would like to cook bacon, or trout in a skillet that shape. Are any designers or brands making a skillet this shape these days?

this is why you are a designer...
and I am not. 🙂
Sometimes my inability to solve simple problems amazes me.
Thanks for thinking for me.

dude.
I'm not a designer. I just know how to use ebay.
It's a learned skill, and a rather simple one at that.
Good luck, hope you find the cookware that works for you. I have a lot of nice enameled cast iron pieces that i got cheap at auction. They do tend to stick, though. Not sure if plain cast iron is better.

Dude,
take a compliment gracefully.
Don't make a person make like they made a mistake flattering you.
