Would love to know if anyone here knows.

Just trying to find out the designer of this chair found at my grandfather's house.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies!

I believe that is one of the many chairs designed by Ib Kofod Larsen that was imported by Selig. There are images of vintage Selig ads out there on the interwebs that have this design in them.

While correct in this case,...
While correct in this case, try not to rely only on sale listings for attributions, as many are incorrect (either intentional or not). Here is a link to another DA thread which shows the vintage ad linking Kofod Larsen to this chair.

It is hard to tell for sure...
It is hard to tell for sure what the wood type is from your image. For this chair one typically sees Selig's "Saddle" finish, which is a dark tinted lacquer that looks like a walnut finish, sprayed onto beech (which is a light, or "blonde" wood). If the chair is made of genuine walnut, or teak, it would be of greater rarity and value.
