I have a good looking bentply prototype and was hoping s.o. could offer some advice. Specifically, I was hoping to find a manufacturer with hydraulic/radio frequency pressing capabilities that is willing to work through the final design stages w/o too much capital outlay. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know where you are located but wherever you are go to the best: Becker KG in Brakel(Germany). They know how to bend wood, they are willing to go beyond what they already know and they are used to work with designers, including the very best Danish furniture designers.

They certainly are among the very very best. They published a book/catalogue about what they are doing and with whom they work etc. It also contains one of the best descriptions of the work of Michael Thonet I ever read.

If you're interested in a manufacturer in the US, I believe that I have information on the manufacturer who is currently manufacturing for Cherner.
