Anyone Has Any Idea Regarding This 1960's Chair?

I forgot to add the images earlier on. Anyways, it has very good quality craftsmanship and material. Do you know the designer or manufacturer? Material is chrome, wood and leather. Thanks for helping me on this.

Thank you "The Beloved". You are absolutely right and may I add, it has butchered the fine original design concept. But it is functional.

Does it worth refurbishing
Thank you Killian. I did look-up Cleo Bolden - and you were correct this chair is by him. Do you (or anybody) know if his work has any demand in the vintage market? Since I am debating if it worth refurbishing.

refurbish it if you like it...
refurbish it if you like it and sell it if you dont. You wont count the cost if you end up with something you love but if you refurbish to sell it then that would be a mistake IMO.
