Hello-
So glad I found this site. I have been going going bonkers trying to find information on these triangle scissors with the HM logo on it. They are made by Zencix/Japan - right side has ruler marks and left side five wholes which decrease in size.
I worked temp in the late 80's at the Herman Miller showroom in Dallas (a glorious office to be in) and these were handed out as promo gifts by the sales people.
Not sure how to post any images.
Thanks in advance for any insight.

There was a set of three.
A triangle, a circle, and a "square" (actually a rectangle).
Not really designed for serious use, they were basically promotional pieces for Zencix. I guess Herman Miller (or your local HM office) liked them so much that they bought some and stamped them with their own logo to give as promotional gifts.
