Hey all,

I have another art piece, a sculpture, that I picked up from the same thrift shop as the Katzen painting. I found this piece several months back. Anyhoo, I have no clue who the artist is. The initials look to be a TH and it has a code engraved on the bottom. I believe it says X371 0r X391...can't tell which.

Here are a few pics of the piece and a pic of the initials. If anyone has any information on the likely time period, artist, anything about the piece, please let me know. Thanks! And the cat decided to get in the way again while taking pics so I decided I'd showcase him off too on the site 😀

This and the Katzen painting are the...
only two nice pieces that I've found at this thrift shop. though I found a couple of Cado units at the local Goodwill. I have been able to locate any of the pieces to hang them on so they are currently being used as side tables. You can see one of them under the sculpture. Those have been my only thrift shop finds. Just keep checking the local Goodwill, thrift shops, etc. I try to go, at least, once a week. Eventually, you're bound to locate something. you just have to keep at it. One of the local people found a painting at one of the Goodwills (not a mid-century modern piece) that was apparenty worth thousands of dollars. I can't recall the artist. The people at most thrift shops have no clue what they are selling so you can sometimes get really good deals.

His name is Benson...
He was one of my Christmas presents last year. He's sweet but a total pest. He knocked my Jax bookends along with a few books off the credenza the other day. Those book ends put a nice little dent in the wood floor. He also almost knocked over the Christmas tree. Luckily, only one of the vintage ornaments broke, but little BennyBoy got himself in some trouble...like always. I feel sorry for him though 'cause he has a cold.
And LRF, I'm still searching for the pieces to hang up those Cado units, but in the meantime, they make fine side tables.

how many rails do you need...
how many rails do you need and what are you looking for? I bought three large sets
this past summer and Might have some extras

I need
at the very least two. I'd eventually like to get four rails. And I have the units that use the wooden pegs. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! And I wouldn't mind getting some shelves either.
