My friends are usually critical of my outlandish designs...
You kids are worse lol but much appreciated spanky the metal spider chair is cool, probably the only one that wasn't a computer rendering!
RISD and Brown are schools for rich aristocrats, I'm a working class guy so I'll stick with CCRI unless you care to sponsor me 😉

Hmmm. I know a few RISD grads.
Only one I might regard as having priveleged roots, but none I would call rich or aristocratic. In fact, they're all fairly down-to-earth types and work hard.
More to the point, while your chair may be in some ways a clever novelty item, I think if you want to feature it here, it needs some refinement.
Of course, your using the board for advertising is in violation of the forum rules besides being generally considered crass. Not that there's anything wrong with occasional naughtiness. If what you're really after is an honest critique, you could simply ask. There are knowlegeable and generous folks here.
Why do people equate money...
Why do people equate money with education? Free will, a library and curiosity can take you places that a 3 year degree never will.
Anyway its amazing how few people ask themselves what (good) design actually is, shouldn't that be the first consideration?

at this point if you hadn't posted this new thread advertising your chair AFTER being admonished for the exact same thing by the management last week. Did you really think no one would notice? Or were you hoping for a few click-throughs before the link was edited out?
