Aluminium Group - Fake or original  

News from VITRA...
Today VITRA called me, they think the Sticker and the Label are Original. On their First look it seems to be an quite old visitor chair but they Need more Time for research....
I'll keep you informed!

Second call...
Today VITRA called again:
They could not find the chair in their Archive, so they asked the old guys, and two of them, working for VITRA for about 30 years were able to identify the chair:
The Seat is original, the foot is original but the whip Must have been removed and replaced by the shown part. They were quite happy with the nice result. The chair Must have been built in the 60'.
I could follow the chair from Berlin over Hamburg to Stuttgart, the First owner i could find out was an architekt who is not alive anymore.
So the papersticker Must have been removed from the original whip and replaced on the new part.
