DUX chair
This is probably DUX chair. The DUX company had many subcontractors, thus there are many variants of furniture made by them. My first thought was that there was something not right about the cushions, but then I found this chair at this website (in different colour version, but with the same cushions).
Plus I do not belive anyone would knock off DUX furniture.
