Hi Can anyone reccomend a affordable, comfotable MCM lounge chair, my furniture mainly consists of Eames, Bertoia and Saarien, but I want something a bit different and more comfortable than the wire of the Bertoia, to mix it up? Any reccomendations?

Thanks,

try this
bobbdavs,
Sure, try the Poul Kjærholm, PK20 leather and chrome steel chair for Fritz Hansen. I gave my Eames lounge and ottoman for Herman Miller to my sister (scale was to large) and replaced it with two of these chairs. Should resting your feet be a must you may also get the PK91 leather and stainless steel folding stool or the PK33 leather and chrome steel stool. Yes, I also own a few of each of these. You did not define affordable.

niceguy's suggestion may not be considered "affordable" to you, but I think he is on the right track. If you are looking for something different, I would suggest exploring some Danish designs. The Eva or Lamino chair come to mind....

I second the Danish...
I second the Danish suggestion, especially the tall back lounge chairs that recline a bit and usually come with an ottoman. It's possible to get fixer-uppers for not a lot of money if you keep your eyes peeled, then get just the right fabric you want and have it redone. That's what I did. ($2 for the chair and about $75 in materials to redo--probably $300 for labor if I was gonna pay myself)
Or just buy one in great shape. They're pretty affordable. Oh, and mine is exquisitely comfortable!
