Advice on how to get a Product Out  

Although all ways lead to Rome...
...as the saying goes, I suspect that you will have to be more specific in your question. Not that you have to say anything about the product itself, but about your intentions and how far you got up to now.
- Do you want to sell the product to a manufacturer?
- Do you want to sell the product to a distributor?
- Do you want to sell the product yourself?
- Can you produce it?
- Do you want to be involved somehow beyond just selling it to an interested party?
- Is it Patented? or protected by any other form of intellectual property protection?
- Is it a high production investment item or low?
