So this is the first one like this I've seen. I couldn't find it in the catalog. Everything about it says Pearsall to me though. Either way it's a pretty cool little chair and felt that it should be shared with people.
The answer to this is yes. Jim Pearsall said that it is indeed a Pearsall design, just very rare because only a few dealers ordered it with vertical tufting instead of horizontal tufting.
