Hmm
I'm not aware of reproductions. Is it marked at all?

Who is that guy please?
He looks like an inhibited tax officer on vacation, won two weeks bed and breakfast in a fourth class hotel and doesn't know what to do and what to wear, just funny.

I believe it is a reproduction because the joint in the leg is practically invisible in the Artek produced models whereas in the photo it is a clearly visible as a straight line .Moreover, the Artek chair was of birch whereas the model in the picture looks like bleached Italian Maple(Acero). It looks like one of of the chairs produced in Italy in relatively small quantities during the 1980's for the Matrix-Alivar collection and was originally distributed in the USA by Sedia Inc.in Boston, Palazzetti in New York and by others. This chair was actually produced by a company specialized in bending plywood with ultrasonic equipment called Tecnoarredo in Toscana which was closely associated with Matrix-Alivar. This company (which no longer exists under that name) also produced the Gerald Summers chair. This chair was hand finished and relatively expensive.
