I found a set of these chairs on Craigslist, an hour away and am wondering if this picture looks promising enough to make it worth the drive out to look at them. Thank you in advance for any help!

Well
You didn't say how much. But if they're not damaged and the price is reasonable, go for it.

No information in Craigslist listing
The Craigslist title is literally "Chair". The seller says they came from a restaurant that went out of business. I thought they looked familiar, and I'm really hoping they are authentic. I really don't know too much about this design/if there are many knock-offs if any...

Photo of the back
I also have a picture of the back, which I just received from the seller.

Hmm
They do look quite worn. I would find out if the back rests are cracked or if there is any other damage. They might be worth the trip for cheap.
They look authentic. As far as I know, there are no knock-offs of these.

Update
The lot was overall in very poor condition, but there were 6 that are salvageable if I put in a little bit of elbow grease.
They have ICF stickers on the bottom, so yay, they are the real deal! The seller actually threw in the others for free, and said she was going to throw them away otherwise. I couldn't turn that down, although they are in crappy condition ...
The bent-wood around the outside of the seat has separated on some of the poor-condition ones, the surfaces of the seats are peeling, and the back rests are completely broken on two (obviously not salvageable, but I think I'm going to remove the backrest entirely and use those two as stools). If anyone has any recommendations for fixing the peeling bentwood or restoring the seats, I'm all ears!

aalto
The loose bentwood bits just need gluing and clamping after which you would just need to sand slightly and re-varnish with a cellulose varnish or shellac. It looks like the seats have been varnished over the linoleum - It may be possible to just remove the varnish (lino can be sanded and waxed afterwards). It is quite easy with Aalto furniture to lightly sand and re-varnish in order to remove water marks etc.,...A good buy!
