hello forum
can anyone give any info on this stylish 50's metal chair with plastic rope seat. reminds me of the leggera chair from gio ponti...

Yea
They were designed by Ponti when he completed his design for the Bijenkorf in the '60's. Inspired by his superleggera chairs.
So they are sort of Dutch Ponti chairs!

so the chair does not even have a name...
