Hello, can anyone help me identify the designer or maker of this desk?

Thanks in advance!

I really don’t know anything about American design. But could it be George Nelson for Herman Miller? I know that I have seen a desk of his that was very similar.

It is a very similar design to this desk by Nelson but the top and pulls are different and the Nelson desks that I've seen don't have the dictation/typewriter shelves like the OP's.  The pulls are similar to the ones attributed to Jack Cartwright for Founders as shown in second picture but not exactly the same.

My guess is that it's a Nelson-style desk done in small numbers by an American company like Stow and Davis or someone like that, but I haven't been able to find one like it.
