Hard to say based on this photo alone, but Century Furniture's Chin Hua collection by Raymond Sobota used similar hardware.
This collection was very popular for Century and I see a lot of it in my part of US, so a pretty easy ID, but thanks for the compliment. Oh, and I'd say this is the piece in the OP's photo.
