I've been searching for months but can't find a match. They are very well made, no visible weld seams. Chrome plated flat head screws. Just no makers mark. Has anyone else seen these before?

Maybe, probably not. Not to sound negative, but around my neck of the woods,
people are selling ANYTHING chrome, glass, brass, whatever is sightly well made
80's furniture as Baughman. I've seen DIA, Leon Rosen Pace, and just generic
ugly stuff as all designed by the poor guy. Weird Sonneman copy lamps - always
Baugman. Fancy Burl laminate credenza - Baughman. Anything fancy looking,
no matter how cheesy - Baughman of course. They guy could not have possibly
designed that much stuff if he lived to be 200 years old.
They are high end dining chairs, well made, probably heavy, sell them described
as so, or keep them if you like them and they match your decor (or not) they are nice.
Baughman style, Baughman-esque, maybe, but why? Baughman has become a way
to describe a Gordon Gecko 80's aesthetic, almost meaningless if not marked.
His real work was also much more diverse than just Italian modern looking chrome.
Lots of his stuff was - from my perspective - a really weird mishmash of sleek
modernist mixed with traditional grandma furniture, rather schizo
Unmarked. Say it as unabashedly as possible, this trend has to stop.
Everything was EAMES for awhile, it borders on the used car salesman dishonest.
