Hello - I'm wondering if anyone recognises this very large rosewood coffee table I have here in my living room. A friend suggested it must be Danish in origin. There are no stamps or names anywhere to be found. It is enormous and very heavy (tiles) measuring 149cm x 88cm and standing 48cm high..

Recessed allen bolt bronze coloured fixings to stretchers

Any help with ID/Country/Date would be greatly appreciated

as someone who has sold quite a few danish tile table, yes, many of them are not marked. They were ubiquitous in the 1970's and are still pretty common. Yours is nicer than most, that's for sure.

Thanks for the compliment! I bought it a while back on eBay and the seller obviously had no idea how to use a tape measure... I was very surprised when it arrived as it is such a whopper.
